Lis Bake Shop Egg Sandwich

I believe all good bagel egg sandwiches should be wrapped in foil. No exceptions. & simple... meaning egg, cheese, your choice of meat & your choice of bagel. My go-to at Lis is sausage, egg & cheese on an onion bagel, and it has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. Lis Bake Shop is tucked right into downtown Mystic, just steps from the river, and is the kind of place where you can grab breakfast, a coffee & something sweet, then take it down to the water. And the baked goods? SO GOOD. The pistachio cupcake is a dream, but the pastries, cookies, scones & cakes are all worth a look too. It’s a longtime Mystic bake shop that has changed hands over the years & it continues to be a little part of our family’s Mystic routine.
